PRODUCTION, QUALITY & VALUE-ADDED OPERATIONS

Production Injection Molding

     Our molding department is a three shift / five days a week operation with a qualified staff of Production and Quality supervision on all shifts. We currently utilize eleven molding machines (10 horizontal, 1 vertical ) with tonnage ranging from 40 - 450, with plans to expand to a 600-ton capacity. All our processes are documented electronically as well as manually using standardized procedures.

Quality Assurance

     We have proudly developed our Quality Program to conform to current automotive standards. We perform P.P.A.P. and F.E.M.A analysis as well as Statistical Process Control. We are an ISO 9000-2001 Certified Company.


Value Added Operations

Example Products      We are more than just a "shoot and ship" molder. Our secondary operations include:
  • pad printing (ink cup or open well)
  • hot stamping
  • production painting (60' 3-zone drying oven)
  • ultrasonic welding
  • chemical and spin welding
  • orbital riveting
  • hand assembly
